HOW WE TACKLED THE BRIEF GIVEN TO US
Brief
Rentacrate.co.uk is part of PHS Teacrate, the leading supplier of crate hire services and packaging consumables to the UK removals and storage industry. The online store was established to serve the needs of households and businesses undertaking home or office moves, re-organisations, refurbishments or complete relocations.
Deliverables
Cloud Bus were asked to redesign their existing RentaCrate site, built on the Magento platform. The site was primarily serving businesses but needed to cater for consumers equally. We proposed a redesign to highlight key content to address issues of target audience. The site needed to be user-friendly with logical user-journeys, whilst reflecting great customer service.
